Counterintelligence Collections Instructor - Mid Level

For our client, we are seeking a Counterintelligence Collections Instructor - Mid Level to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.Location: Quantico, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $70,800 – $148,600 annuallyResponsibilities Provide world-class instruction for the Joint Military Counterintelligence Collections Course (JMCCC) Plan, develop, and execute training certifications for CI Agents Deliver long-duration classroom instruction and assess student performance Utilize blended learning techniques, including eLearning tools and team exercises Travel for instruction and assessment within the National Capital Region and CONUSQualifications TS/SCI with poly or ability to obtain poly 5 years of experience in Counterintelligence (CI) or HUMINT Collection Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school Completion of specific CI or HUMINT source handling courses Experience as a CI Collector in the full operational cycle Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and walk up to 5 miles in one dayBenefits Comprehensive healthcare coverage Wellness and financial support programs Retirement savings plans Family support initiatives Continuing education opportunities Generous time off benefitsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
