If you are a Corporate Attorney with 3+ years of experience, come join us in Rochester or Buffalo!Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on corporate governance and compliance mattersDraft and review contracts and agreementsAssist with mergers and acquisitions transactionsProvide legal guidance on corporate finance issuesSupport entity formation and registration processesConsult on succession planning and licensing requirementsConduct legal research and stay updated on corporate law developmentsCollaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance in business operationsQualificationsJuris DoctorActive bar membership in the state of New York3 plus years of experience in general corporate law, particularly in transactions and mergers and acquisitionsStrong understanding of corporate governance and complianceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projectsBenefitsWe offer a competitive salary for this position, ranging between $118,000 -$140,000 annually. We offer Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K plans. We have an annual standard of 1800 billable hours with 50 hours of pro bono service(treated as billable).
