Led by our purpose, to nourish growth with all that we do, our team members are dedicated to creating great tasting food and cultivating deep and lasting relationships.Overview$30-$33/hour + $4,000 Sign-On BonusSunday-Thursday NightsWhy join us?We know 3rd shift isn't for everyone - so we're offering top pay, immediate PTO, and a $4,000 sign-on/retention bonus to hire the best.What's in it for you?$4,000 Welcome BonusTop Pay - $30-$33/hour based on experiencePTO starts immediately - No waiting periodEngaging culture - Monthly team activities, strong peer supportGreat benefits starting the 1st of the month after 30 days:Medical, Dental, Vision401(k) with Company MatchCompany-paid Life InsuranceShort/Long-Term DisabilityPaid Parental LeaveAdoption AssistanceCritical Illness & Accident CoverageFlexible Spending Account (FSA) Schedule (3rd Shift)Sunday Night: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AMMonday to Thursday Nights: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain packaging/processing equipmentAssists in major overhauls of plant equipment and performs minor repairs to all plant equipmentLearn equipment setup & reach full competency within 90 daysReplace belts, motors, bearings, pumps, gaskets, seals, etc.Perform HVAC and refrigeration checksRead and interpret PID drawings and schematicsWork on conveyors, coders, labelers, and control circuitsIdentifies and installs pipingLocates damaged air and hydraulic pipes on machine, measure, cuts, threads and installs new pipeRepairs and places electric motors (single or 3-phase).Must have good working knowledge of electrical motors, starters, controls, switches, receptables, lights and light fixturesRepairs and replaces vari-drives, speed reducers, vacuum pumps and product pumps.Ability to wire and troubleshoot a start/stop circuitWeld (TIG, MIG, and ARC on carbon & stainless steel), fabricate, and perform light machining as neededMaintain food safety, HAACP, 5S, and OSHA compliance standardsOther duties as assigned Food Safety and Quality Responsibilities:Applies the food safety and quality principles as described in the Marzetti Corporate Food Safety and Quality Manual and internal Marzetti Frozen Pasta policies, training and procedures in all applicable aspects of departmental and job functions. Must be able to move 75 pounds a distance of 25 feet or more. Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift (sometimes longer) with occasional breaks. May be required to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays as needed. May need to work in small, confined spaces at times that are not permit required. The employee is regularly exposed to heat, fumes, odors, dust, oil, slippery floors, moving parts/equipment and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the plant is loud.
