Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services within a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general medicine, with the ability to deliver patient-centered care across diverse populations. This role offers an opportunity to engage in preventative health, acute and chronic disease management, and health promotion initiatives, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and compassionate communication. Duties Conduct thorough medical history assessments and comprehensive physical examinations for patients of all ages. Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses, utilizing advanced clinical judgment and medical knowledge. Develop individualized care plans, including preventive screenings, immunizations, and health education tailored to patient needs. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic to document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with specialists in areas such as psychiatry, endocrinology, cardiology, dermatology, and obstetrics to ensure integrated patient care. Perform procedures including suturing, wound care, basic life support (BLS), and other minor interventions as needed. Engage in patient education and health coaching to promote lifestyle modifications and disease prevention strategies. Participate in clinical research initiatives or quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery standards. Requirements Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with active licensure to practice medicine. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or equivalent specialty. Proven experience in outpatient settings with familiarity in hospital medicine or inpatient care environments preferred. Proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic or other electronic health records platforms. Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD coding, and documentation standards aligned with NCQA standards. Strong clinical skills across various disciplines including pediatrics, geriatrics, internal medicine, and preventive care. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Experience with telehealth platforms and remote patient monitoring is advantageous.
