Job Description We are seeking an OhioRISE Development Coordinator!Southeastern, OHJoin our team!Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.The OhioRISE Development Coordinator is responsible for tracking OhioRISE program-specific onboarding requirements, coordination of program training, and team member engagement initiatives within ISBH's OhioRISE Care Management Entity (CME). Reporting to the Intake Supervisor, this position plays a key role in ensuring new team members have a consistent and supportive onboarding experience within the OhioRISE program, that required training and certifications are tracked and completed on time, and that professional development initiatives are coordinated across the program.The pay range for this position is $20.97- $24.56 per hour based on experience.Essential FunctionsEnsure tracking and documentation of program-specific onboarding activities for the OhioRISE CME team members to ensure a consistent and welcoming onboarding experienceMaintain and monitor OhioRISE training records to ensure team members complete required program certifications and training coursesCommunicate reminders and provide support to team members regarding upcoming or overdue OhioRISE trainingsMaintain all OhioRISE program-specific training documentation and reporting requirements for program oversight and auditsSupport the planning and coordination of OhioRISE-specific professional development sessions, including organizing speakers, materials, and logistics for learning eventsCoordinate OhioRISE training resources, attendance tracking, and post-session evaluations of the programCollaborate with program leadership to identify opportunities to strengthen and organize workforce supports and reduce the administrative burden of the OhioRISE programAbility to travel on occasion to the OhioRISE catchment areasAll other duties assignedMinimum Requirements:Education/ Licensure:A high school degree or GED equivalent is requiredA bachelor's degree in human services, social work, education, organizational development, or business administration is preferredExperience:2-3 years of experience in program administration, program support, or a related role is requiredExperience in behavioral health, child-serving systems, or care coordination programs is preferredExperience in compliance management of complex programs is preferredExperience with audit management is preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Advanced organizational and project coordination skills are requiredThe ability to manage multiple priorities and track detailed requirements is requiredAdvanced customer service and relationship-building skills are requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic databases is requiredAdvanced program management skills are requiredAdvanced skills in collaboration with teams and programs are requiredThe ability to coordinate events is requiredAdvanced communication skills, both oral and written is requiredThe ability to use appropriate databases, spreadsheets, and other software is requiredThe ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions is requiredA valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle are requiredAn appropriate level of auto insurance coverage is requiredAbility to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment is requiredThe ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment is requiredThe ability to maintain a high-speed internet connection is requiredThe ability to operate, receive, and conduct video calls and/or meetings in an automated office environment is requiredThe ability to maintain a minimum of 100mbps for a high-speed internet connection is requiredPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are requiredMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesEnjoy a great work environment with an excellent salary, generous paid time off, and a strong benefits package!Benefits include:MedicalDentalVisionShort-term DisabilityLong-term Disability401K w/ Employer MatchEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) provides support and resources to help you and your family with a range of issues.To learn more about our organization: https://ISBH.org/OUR MISSIONDelivering exceptional care through connectionOUR VALUESDignity - We meet people where they are on their journey with respect and hopeCollaboration - We listen to understand and ask how we can best support the people and communities we serveWellbeing - We celebrate one another's strengths, and we support one another in being wellExcellence - We demand high-quality care for those we serve, and are a leader in how we care for one another as a teamInnovation - We deeply value a range of perspectives and experiences, knowing it is what inspires us to stretch past where we are and reach towards what we know is possibleWe're an equal opportunity employer.
