Maintenance Technician-Franklin

Location: Mission Hills ApartmentsPay Range: $21 - $38 per hourAre you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain a high standard of living for our residents. If you take pride in your work and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!What You’ll DoAssist in preparing vacant units for new residents.Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-ups.Perform preventative maintenance, including:Light bulb and filter changesPainting, drywall repair, and lock maintenancePool upkeep (if applicable)Help with snow removal (by 6:00 a.m.) and maintain records.Rotate on-call duties for emergency maintenance.Keep accurate maintenance logs and documentation.Maintain clean common areas and grounds.Communicate effectively with residents, teammates, and vendors.What You BringSkills & Knowledge: Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
