If you are in the pursuit of meaningful work in a fun and friendly environment, LSCC is the place for you!A Day in the Life of a Front Desk employee may look like this:Upon arrival, clean and prepare the lobbyGreet patients as they arrive using our AIDET/LOC techniqueCheck in patients and update patient charts as necessaryVerify insurance and collect any copays as necessarySchedule appointments, answer phone calls, sort faxes, and complete any additional tasksPerform closing procedures at the end of each shiftWe ask our Front Desk to possess a minimum of:High school diploma or GEDMinimum of six (6) months of experience working in a professional administrative environmentThe following experience/skills are preferred:Prior medical office and/or healthcare setting experiencePrior customer service experienceProficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Bilingual English/Spanish language skillsKey Success FactorsSome key factors that will make an individual successful in this role:Customer serviceProblem-solving skills,AdaptabilityAttention to detailBenefitsLSCC offers a competitive benefits package, including:Competitive salary;Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance;LSCC paid Life insurance;LSCC paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance;Paid Time Off; and403b Employee Retirement Plan
