Overview of the Job Our client is seeking a Technical Trainer & Support Specialist to work closely with independent automotive workshops across Norway, delivering technical training and hands-on support. This role is ideal for someone with a strong automotive background who enjoys working directly with customers and sharing technical expertise. Responsibilities Deliver technical training sessions to workshops and distributors, both in-person and at events Provide technical support to workshops, including troubleshooting and resolving complex vehicle issues Build strong, long-term relationships with independent workshops and service partners Support the development and growth of the workshop network through engagement and knowledge sharing Promote products and increase market awareness through training, presentations, and customer interaction Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and product trends Collaborate with internal teams including sales and marketing to support campaigns and customer initiatives Qualifications / Skills Automotive technical background, ideally within passenger cars (e.g. brakes, transmission, steering, suspension) Experience in the automotive aftermarket, workshop environment, or technical support role Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues Confident presenter with the ability to deliver training to groups of varying sizes Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills Self-organised and able to work independently in a field-based role Fluent in English; additional Nordic language skills are advantageous Other relevant information Field-based role with approximately 60% travel across Norway (company car provided) Hybrid working model with home office flexibility and regular customer visits J-18808-Ljbffr
