The role of the Sales Ops Associate is to support Business Development team members, primarily by completing administrative duties, tracking metrics, and completing ad hoc projects.This individual, under general direction, will assist with client outreach strategies, provide targeted analysis of sales data and prospective clients, and assist the team in enhancing client relationships and ultimately generating additional revenue.Location: Remote within the Pacific & Mountain timezoneSalary: $85k - $92k, depending on experiencePrimary ResponsibilitiesSupport BD team to drive significant revenue with current and prospective clients in the M&A ecosystemManage and maintain the integrity of the Salesforce databaseDevelop tailored, high-value outreach and campaigns to key client segments, including M&A attorneys, VC and PE investors and corporate acquirersExtract and analyze data from Salesforce.com or other systems of record for BD teamCoordinate (and attend, when appropriate) meetings and client events for the BD Team with M&A attorneys, VC and PE investors and corporate acquirersQualify leads generated through company website and marketing initiatives and work with BD team to manage targeted follow upAssist in scheduling product demonstrations and client presentations and manage all follow-upIdentify trends in the data, suggest tactical approaches to improve current plans and take advantage of trendsPrepare and analyze account performanceCollaborate closely with peers to develop best practicesContribute to team goals and work on special projectsOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications & Skills:3+ years' experience in sales support/client service3+ years' experience in an analytical capacityBachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceAbility to work in a high energy team environment while remaining focused on driving revenueProven track record supporting and driving revenue growthOperates with highest integrity and attention to detailPassionate about efficient, scalable business processesAbility to prioritize and multi-task across many projectsResults-focused and highly internally motivated team playerExperience with Salesforce and NetSuiteIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsAbility to prioritize and organize workload effectivelyProven experience working well with a variety of differing personalitiesAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of company staff and coordinate a wide range of internal and external activitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Requirements:Understanding of M&A and corporate legal environmentBasic knowledge of sales and marketing processesDesired Characteristics:Self-motivatedIntellectually curiousCollaborativeAmiablePhysical Requirements/Special Demands:Must be available to work standard business hours.Travel may be necessary and may not be scheduled in advance.** We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.
