This is a fast-paced, phone-first role for someone who feeds off action, impact, and making things happen when others are winding down.What Makes This Role Different (and Better): 4-day workweek. You read that right. Tuesday through Friday, 9.5 hours/day + one Saturday per month. That equals three, three-day weekends every month. Late shift leadership. You’re not just answering phones. You’re dispatching, solving, and leading when the daytime team signs off. Metrics that matter. Booking %, First Call Resolution, Membership Sales — and we celebrate top performers. Growth path.
