Position, Compensation & Organization: Outpatient, no call required - true lifestyle balance 21-bed Critical Access Hospital with enhanced Medicare reimbursement rates Full-scope practice caring for patients across the lifespan Wide variety of cases: chronic disease, acute care, swing beds, assisted living patients Perform in-house procedures: joint injections, biopsies, IUDs, Nexplanons, EKGs, and more Flexible schedule: 3-4 days per week with option to expand to 5 Collegial support from mid-levels, scribes, and nursing staff Collaborative relationships with regional specialists + OHSU consult lines Swing patients average 14-21 day stays from surgery centers Grateful, community-focused patient population Procedural independence without
