Overview
We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android development and a passion for creating innovative mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cutting-edge Android applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Conduct code reviews and perform unit testing
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in Android development
Experience
- Proficiency in Java and Android SDK
- Experience with Android Studio and third-party libraries
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Strong knowledge of UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools
- Nice-to-have skills: JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, User research, Computer networking
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $52.30 - $54.52 per hour
