The Project Manager will oversee and manage the successful execution of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines and budgets. Responsibilities will include coordinating with expediting teams, supervising inspections, ensuring logistical efficiency, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met efficiently.QualificationsProficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring tasksExperience in HeavyJob and P6 is a plusExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work on-site and collaborate with teams effectivelyPrevious experience in the construction or heavy/highway industry is a requirementBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferredPerform accurate project revenue and cost financial forecasting to ensure corporate profitability goals are met.Coordinate with estimators and project controls group to establish budget.Ensure proper job controls, i.e. quantities, costs, revenue and schedule.Establish and maintain working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, corporate management, inspectors, etc., providing customer service to develop long-term partnerships with client base.Coordinate efforts with Area Managers to manage resources to meet project schedule.Ensure accurate construction reports for the job allowing for continuous improvement in performance.Coordinate with the Area Managers and project team to develop comprehensive plan for project start up and successful kick-off.Provide environment where dynamic project communication occurs between Project Engineers, Foremen, Superintendents and Area Managers to ensure work is accomplished in an efficient, profitable, and safe manner.EOE M/F/V/D  DFWP
