Primary Care Physician, Internal Medicine – Full‑Time Outpatient, Evanston 1000 Central Location: 1000 Central Street, Evanston, IL Compensation Pay range: $220,001 – $366,623. Placement within this range depends on factors such as FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes and quality performance. Licensing and Certification Illinois Medical License or License PendingBoard‑certified or eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine Responsibilities Develop and maintain a clinical practice.Provide a minimum of 36 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month (including morning, evening and weekend hours).Participate in weekend and weekday on‑call rotations.Teach house staff and medical students as assigned. Qualifications Completed an Internal Medicine residency.Board‑certified or eligible in Internal Medicine.Valid Illinois medical license.
