We are proud & honored to provide these services.Overview Of PositionWe are looking for a Teleservices Engineer/Architect, Journeyman to work in Indianapolis, INAn active Secret Clearance and United States Citizenship are required to be considered for this position.ResponsibilitiesProvide platform engineering support for DFAS CCE NIPRNet enclaveProcess and resolve Tier 3 DFASNow support ticketsSupport implementation of new hardware and software technologiesAssist with CCE infrastructure monitoring activitiesSupport virtualization and directory services operationsDocument technical solutions and effort in ticketing systemParticipate in CCB change control processesSupport Teleservices infrastructure (VoIP, fax systems, conferencing)Coordinate with senior engineers on complex technical issuesSupport testing and validation of CCE changesQualificationsExperience/Skills:5+ years systems engineering experienceWindows Server administration (AZ801-802 certification)Security+ certificationExperience with enterprise virtualization platformsProficiency in Windows Server and basic Linux administrationKnowledge of MECM, SCOM, and Microsoft management toolsExperience with Active DirectoryFamiliarity with VoIP and teleservices technologiesExperience with ticketing systemsPreferred QualificationsCISSP certification (upgrade path)Azure administrator certificationVMware VCP certificationExperience with DFAS systemsKnowledge of DISA STIGsVoIP/Unified Communications experiencePostgreSQL database experienceEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related fieldCertificationsMicrosoft Azure AZ-801 & AZ-802CompTIA Security+ or equivalentClearanceActive Secret clearance is required.Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).FEDITC, LLC. is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment.
