Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food Server role located at our Rochester Hills, MI location. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience, and addressing guest inquiries courteously. You will work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure positive guest interactions and address customer needs effectively.Food & Beverage and Food Service knowledge, with the ability to present menu options and suggest pairings confidently.Basic Cooking knowledge to answer menu-related questions and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting.Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
