Job DescriptionHR MANAGER OPPORTUNITY - DIRECT-HIRE - EAGAN, MNTHE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a sustainable and eco-friendly retail manufacturer in their search for an HR Manager. We're seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our client's leadership team. This position will be essential in shaping the future of our client's organization, ensuring a top-notch candidate and employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycleEssential Job Duties Lead and implement key HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Ensure accurate and timely biweekly payroll processing. Oversee hiring processes, from job postings to pre-employment screenings. Manage the termination process, conduct exit interviews, and handle offboarding documentation. Liaise with insurance brokers to manage employee benefits, workers' compensation, and company insurance policies. Oversee benefits administration, including new hire enrollment and open enrollment periods. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, completing necessary state and federal reports. Administer employee leave requests, including FMLA, disability claims, and workers' compensation.Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field required. Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience. Proficiency in executing both strategic initiatives and tactical priorities. Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
