Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Sales Consultant, located in Auburn Hills, MI. The HVAC Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and selling residential and commercial HVAC products and services. Main responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing estimates, designing HVAC systems to fit client requirements, and following through with sales processes. The consultant will also provide expertise on available solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and stay updated with industry trends and training opportunities to enhance sales techniques. Qualifications Experience with HVAC Design and knowledge of HVAC systemsStrong Customer Service skills combined with excellent interpersonal abilitiesProven track record in Sales, including prospecting and closing dealsWillingness to participate in ongoing Training and development programsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in residential or commercial HVAC sales is an advantageValid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations
