You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day execution behind high-impact affiliate programs, supporting everything from partner recruitment to campaign activation.This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role for someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and making things happen!What You’ll DoExecute daily operational tasks to support client program performance and delivery goalsAssist in managing affiliate relationships across the full lifecycle, including:Partner recruitment and onboardingOngoing engagement and communicationsCompliance and quality reviewsCoordinate program elements such as promotional placements, newsletters, creative assets, and offer setup (e.g., links, banners, promo codes)Support transaction monitoring, reconciliation processes, commission updates, and batch uploadsCompile data, run reports, and provide insights to inform performance optimizationTrack partner performance and identify trends, growth opportunities, and improvement areasProvide administrative and executional support for affiliate campaigns and initiativesParticipate in client meetings to support operational continuity and deliverablesCollaborate closely with the delivery team to build knowledge of strategy, tools, and partner optimization practicesFollow established processes, quality standards, and best practices set by leadership and operationsWhat You BringStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAnalytical mindset with comfort working in data and reporting toolsClear communicator who builds strong internal and external relationshipsProactive, organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic environmentWhat's in it for you?Remote options outside of the PA office / If residing near our PA office Hybrid work, Tuesdays and ThursdaysFlexible work hoursSummer FridaysInsurance coverage with cost incentivesPaid parental leave benefits Advancement opportunities Ongoing training and development opportunities401K contribution matching plan after 6 monthsPowered by JazzHRO2yIKzfp9P
