Collaborate with advisors to craft customized, client-centered insurance solutions. Requirements Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex products for advisors. Proven sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong organizational and time management abilities A consultative mindset, adept at navigating complex sales cycles and tailoring recommendations to unique client needs. Experience in life insurance, annuities, long-term care, and disability insurance would be beneficial. Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a base salary of $60,000.00 with an incentive structure tied to production and performance.
