Superintendent

Hillhouse Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations across commercial construction projects throughout the Bay Area. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing daily jobsite activities, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and a proven track record delivering commercial tenant improvements, renovations, and ground-up construction projects on time and within budget.
