Purpose of Job or Functionality:The role is for a Project Manager supporting the Hyland OnBase conversion project integrated with Epic. The manager explained that the organization is currently executing Wave 2 of the rollout and preparing for Wave 3 conversions, which are already initiated. Around 20 systems are being converted into Hyland OnBase with Epic integration planned for a November 2026 go-live.The selected candidate will primarily manage:Document conversion activitiesVendor coordinationResource managementProject tracking and executionLeadership reportingDue diligence activities for future conversion wavesThe role is highly operational and coordination-focused rather than deeply technical. The manager emphasized needing someone:Extremely organizedDetail-orientedComfortable leading meetingsAble to manage risks/tasksExperienced in document conversion environmentsStrong with stakeholder communicationThe candidate will run recurring project calls, monitor progress, coordinate multiple vendors, update project plans, and support ongoing conversion activities while simultaneously initiating planning for future waves.2.
