Position Summary
The Junior HR Analyst plays a critical support role within the People team at PrimeSource Building Products, with a primary focus on HR and payroll reporting, data accuracy, and process documentation. This entry-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who is eager to learn HRIS and payroll systems, develop reporting and data skills, and grow within Human Resources.
This position reports directly to the Senior Payroll Manager and works closely with Payroll and HR partners to ensure accurate data, reliable reporting, and well-documented processes that support informed decision-making across the organization.
Work Schedule & Location
Schedule: Monday Thursday (onsite), Friday (work from home)
Hours: Full-time, hourly
Location: Irving, Texas (hybrid role)
