Residents of CO, IL, MA, MN, NJ, NY, WA, and Washington, D.C. may be considered based on special business needs. What You'll Be DoingAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of compassion and clarity for customers seeking support. Your role is to resolve escalated or complex inquiries with professionalism and care. You'll be responsible for: Answering incoming calls, chats, or emails from customers Conducting research to resolve customer issues Providing product or service guidance Ensuring every customer interaction is positive and solution-oriented You'll be trained to become a subject matter expert, so you can confidently assist customers across various channels.
