Account Executive

POSITION SUMMARYThe Account Executive – Financial Services is responsible for driving new revenue by selling Cirrascale products and services to banks, fintechs, insurance companies and asset management firms.The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle and bring a strong understanding of the financial services landscape, including regulatory considerations, data security and risk management requirements.This role requires a consultative seller who can engage both technical stakeholders and business leaders.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and manage the full sales cycle within Financial Services accounts from qualified opportunity to closeDevelop and execute strategic account plans to for penetrate target accountsPartner with Technical Sales / Solutions Engineering to deliver demos, POCs and solution design.Build and manage a robust pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quotaNegotiate pricing, contracts and terms with customers.Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility in CRMCoordinate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and identify expansion opportunitiesProvide guidance and support to junior sales staff, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster team development.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related quantitative field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.5 to 10 years’ experience in SaaS, cloud or infrastructure sales.Must have successful track record of closing deals within Financial Services accountsStrong understanding of FinServ priorities: data security, compliance and risk managementExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to understand and articulate technical conceptsBackground in startup or high growth environments is preferred.Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with usage based or consumption-based revenue models.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a commitment to operational excellence.Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem, GPU hardware, and cloud computing concepts is a significant advantage.BENEFITSBenefits include:401(k) with company match.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off (PTO).Opportunities for professional development and growth.WHY JOIN CIRRASCALE?Join a growing team that's pushing the boundaries of AI infrastructure.
