Pediatric Speech Therapist

River Therapies is a private therapy company located in the Fox Chapel community of Pennsylvania. We specialize in outpatient, early intervention, and school-based therapy services. Our mission is to serve God, by helping children surpass what others said they would never achieve. We are seeking a full-time Speech Therapist to join our team. Our company offers speech therapists the current opportunity to provide services in a school-based position, transitioning to an Early Intervention position in Allegheny County (birth to three population). Our Speech Therapists have the opportunity to explore multiple settings for employment, including outpatient, early intervention, and schools, should the caseload arise. As a member of the therapy department, you will work closely with River Administration to ensure the delivery of effective, day-to-day therapy services, as well as collaborate with members of our therapy department and outside medical professionals to deliver the highest quality of care to the patients you serve. School-based providers will work with the district and River Therapies, communicating school needs for the students they serve. In Early Intervention, you will collaborate with Service Coordination and the other therapy members of your team to have a collaborative approach to therapy services in the least restrictive environment for the patient. What You Will Do: provide daily speech therapy sessions to patients identified as requiring services complete daily documentation complete progress reports and all other required paperwork for Early Intervention services in Allegheny County, provide school-based documentation, evaluations, and progress reporting maintain required communication with families and staff for the betterment of each patient regular meetings with administration staff to discuss caseloads, answer questions, and promote overall employment success collaborate with all members of the patient's therapy team, including families, to ensure the highest quality outcome for each patient What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Licensed Speech Therapist in Pennsylvania.
