Electrical Engineer
We are seeking a High Voltage Electrical Design Engineer to support the development of large-scale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. This role will focus on the design, analysis, and integration of high-voltage electrical systems supporting hyperscale computing environments, including AI and cloud-driven facilities.You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure safe, reliable, and scalable electrical power systems across complex, high-density facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop high-voltage electrical systems (substations, switchgear, transformers, and distribution systems) for mission-critical infrastructurePerform load calculations, fault analysis, and system studies to support data center power requirementsCollaborate with construction and commissioning teams to ensure design intent is properly executed in the fieldReview and validate electrical engineering drawings, specifications, and vendor submittalsSupport grid interconnection, utility coordination, and power capacity planning for large-scale facilitiesRequirementsExperience designing high-voltage electrical systems (typically 13.8kV and above)Background in data center, mission-critical, industrial, or utility-scale infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of power distribution, protection systems, and electrical codes (NEC, IEEE standards)Experience performing electrical load studies, arc flash analysis, and short circuit calculationsAbility to work in fast-paced, design-build or EPC-driven environmentsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline5+ years of experience in electrical design or power systems engineeringProficiency with electrical design software (ETAP, SKM PowerTools, AutoCAD, or similar)Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams (MEP, civil, construction, commissioning)Exposure to hyperscale or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred
