Client Experience Representative

Red Light Method Huntsville is seeking positive, health-conscious individuals to serve our members. We want our clients to love coming in, be encouraged while there, and look forward to their next visit. DUTIES Have a genuine passion for helping others Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about promoting holistic health and wellness Assist with membership sales and educate prospects and clients on the benefits of red light therapy Provide exceptional customer service while addressing members' needs Creates a positive, welcoming, and encouraging atmosphere Ensure studio is cleaned, sanitized, and organized Wrap and unwrap members in private treatment rooms; must be comfortable with clients in various states of undress with a sheet covering them Oversee vibration plates and infrared sauna use Other duties as assigned Availability will be opening or closing shifts. Weekends are required at minimum two days a month. Opening as early as 6 a.m. and closing at 7 p.m. Our studio is currently under construction with an opening date coming soon. Training will start upon hire and mandatory in person training dates will be during the July 17-July 26 timeframe (not every day). Starting pay $17/hour with commission opportunities + medical benefits for full-time J-18808-Ljbffr
