Our team works at the cutting edge of medical imaging, where precision engineering meets life-changing healthcare.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and integrate electromechanical systems for medical devicesDevelop and troubleshoot digital circuitry, including PCB-level debugging and schematic reviewSupport firmware integration and system-level debugging across hardware and softwareProduce production drawings and technical documentation for design verification and validation (DV&V)Design and run experiments; collect and analyze data to validate design decisionsBuild test protocols and validation plans in support of regulatory submissionsParticipate in design reviews, FMEA, and risk analysisSupport prototype builds, system integration, and transition to manufacturingWhat You BringBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field1+ years of experience in electromechanical system design within a medical device environmentProficiency with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer or equivalentComfort with standard lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimetersAbility to produce clear technical documentation and production drawingsStrong problem-solving instincts and the ability to work fluidly across electrical and mechanical domainsBonus Points ForExperience with optical systems, optoelectronics, or machine visionBackground in 3D vision systems or surgical navigationRobotics or automation experienceFamiliarity with radiation hardening for electronicsExperience scaling products from prototype to productionKnowledge of DFM/DFA principlesWhy VISIEWork on technology that is genuinely advancing surgical visualizationCollaborate with a passionate, mission-driven team at an exciting stage of growthShape products from the ground up — your work will be visible, and your voice will matterBe part of a company where engineering excellence and human impact go hand in handReady to build something that matters?
