Education Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equates to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the subjects mentioned above. Qualifications/ Skills Required: ✓Ensure cloud services and infrastructure are managed and monitored in accordance with defined controls and standards. ✓Ensure strict change and configuration management (including all documentation) across all sites and services. ✓Act as point of escalation for the Service Desk and Data Centre Operations (DC Ops) teams, ensuring issues and problems are dealt with in a timely manner and within SLA for the assigned priority. ✓Support the DC Ops team in the execution ofroutine maintenance, patching and upgrades of infrastructure components and management systems, as well as installation of new hardware and systems. ✓Identify and log recurring issues using the problem management procedure.
