Committed to excellence, we aim to provide memorable client experiences through originality and determination.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Marketing Design Coordinator supports the studio’s design vision through the creation of compelling marketing materials and thoughtful color and material design selections. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, branding, and visualization contributing to how our projects are presented, perceived, and brought to market. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, color, and materials, along with the ability to translate architectural concepts into polished, client-ready visuals.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign Visualization & GraphicsPrepare colored architectural elevations for marketing and presentation useAssist in creating site plans, diagrams, and visual overlaysSupport rendering teams with material direction and visual consistency.Maintain graphic standards across all project deliverablesSupport the selection of exterior materials, color palettes, and finishesCreate and present material boards for internal and client reviewResearch and source materials aligned with project style and market positioningWork closely with the design team to ensure cohesive architectural expressionBranding & Marketing MaterialsDevelop and update marketing packages, brochures, and presentation decksManage Social MediaManage Website with vendorsWork with client marketing teams to obtain or set up photographersCollaborate on branding for new communities and residential productsEnsure consistency in typography, color palettes, and overall visual identityAssist in assembling client-facing proposals and presentation boardsBusiness Development SupportAssist in preparing materials for client meetings and presentationsSupport proposal submissions and marketing outreach effortsContribute to visual storytelling that helps win new projectsPlan and manage network eventsAwards submittals both local and nationalQUALIFICATIONSDegree in Marketing or Design related field3 years of relevant experience in an architectural, design, or marketing environmentStrong sense of color, materials, and compositionProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailBENEFITSExpected Salary range for this position is $27-$36 per hour (based on experience)Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidaysLife Insurance Plan401k Retirement
