Manage 20–30 active requisitions across multiple business lines? Recruit for roles such as:• Customer Service / Call Center Representatives• Tellers / Concierge Banking Roles• Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs)? Partner with hiring managers using a consultative recruiting approach? Improve and refine talent acquisition processes where needed? Source, screen, interview, and close top candidates quickly and effectively? Add strategic value to the recruiting functionWhat We're Looking For:? 5–10+ years of recent recruiting experience? Banking, credit union, or financial services recruiting experience REQUIRED? Workday experience REQUIRED? Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment?
