At ANBM, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Set daily objectives, organize workflows and communicate them to employeesPerform fair evaluation of employee performance and follow up appropriately on employee training needsAnticipate, analyze and resolve problems or assist employees to resolve problemsMaintain a safe and clean work environment (5S)Maintain production and quality outputs to specification by establishing and enforcing the organization’s standardsRecommend and implement improvements to production methods, equipment performance and quality of productReview and maintain employee time, attendance and other recordsEnsure optimal operation of equipment by initiating appropriate repairs.This list is not inclusive, other duties may be assigned.RequirementsEducation and/or ExperienceUnderstands the operation of automated production lineUnderstands quality requirements and inspection methodAble to direct and motivate employees to achieve daily objectives and organizational goals. Performs problem solving using root cause analysis and corrective action methodologiesCommunicates effectively both verbally and in written form.Able to read, write and speak English well enough to successfully pass safety training.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers.Ability to follow instructions. Concentrate on a task over several minutes without being distracted.Arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern. Physically move objects safely by using proper lifting techniques. Physical DemandsEmployee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
