CRNA Locum Job in Charleston, West Virginia• Specific Details for Assignment: Must have 2+ years of experience - 3 hospitals within minutes of each other - WV license required• Length of Contract: 4 - 12 month contract with option to Extend• Schedule: (5) 8s, (4) 10s, or (3) 12s, 7A start, Monday - Friday - Minimum of 2 weeks per month• Call, Nights and Weekends: No Call, Weekends Available• Cases: General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, endoscopy center• Facility: (3) Hospitals within 5 minutes of each other• Model: Supervision• Charting: Cerner• Credentialing: 60-90 days
