This role focuses on business development, loan origination, and delivering a high level of service to clients throughout the lending process.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial loan relationshipsSource new business through referrals, networking, and community involvementServe as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the lending processStructure and originate commercial loan transactionsPartner with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closing of loansMaintain strong knowledge of market trends and commercial lending productsCross-sell additional financial products and servicesEnsure compliance with all applicable policies and regulationsQualifications:3-5+ years of commercial or business lending experienceActive commercial loan portfolio requiredStrong knowledge of commercial lending products and regulatory requirementsProven success in a production-driven environmentStrong relationship-building and business development skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredThank you for your interest!If your background aligns with our clients needs, one of our Recruiters will reach out.
