Position - Program Manager – LIMSLocation: Hillsboro, OR – (Hybrid)Contract – 3 Years with a possibility of extension - 30 hours/weekInterview: MS Teams | Pacific TimeJob SummarySeeking an experienced Program Manager to support the State Public Health Laboratory with the implementation and replacement of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The role will support project planning, organizational change management, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Responsibilities:Manage complex project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Track risks, issues, dependencies, and critical decisions.Coordinate with OIS, vendor, and cross-functional teams.Support Organizational Change Management and UAT activities.Maintain decision logs, project plans, and resource capacity reports.Prepare biweekly project status and ad hoc management reports.Coordinate vendor communications and stakeholder feedback.Support project planning, funding activities, and related IT initiatives.Required Qualifications:PMP certification required.Strong Program/Project Management experience.Prior state government experience required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team coordination skills.Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid environment.PreferredLIMS implementation/replacement experience.Project management experience in laboratory, public health, healthcare, or clinical settings.Organizational Change Management experience.Experience with UAT and PMBOK methodologies.
