Come grow with us!This is a Swing Shift position: Mon-Thurs 2:30 pm to 12:00 am and Fridays 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm.Pick products for shipping to customers within Wilmar, LLC warehouse guidelines.JOB TYPE: Full TimeWAGE: $20.00 HourlyEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThis position requires 7–8 hours of movement per shift, including standing, pushing, pulling, twisting, bending at the waist, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs per instance.Fill customer orders and deliver them to the packing area or loading dock in a manner that meets company standardsObtain merchandise from bins or shelves and ensure the completeness and correctness of all orders filledOperate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and rolling cartsOrganize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all timesWear the proper personal protective equipmentAdhere to Company Policy and ProceduresPerform duties as workload necessitatesMaintain a positive and respectful attitudeCommunicate regularly with supervisor about Department issuesDemonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workloadConsistently report to work on time prepared to perform duties of positionOther duties as assignedRequirementsOne year order picking experience in a warehouseHigh School Diploma or GEDMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorshipAbility to read and understand safety instructions, work orders, and written procedures in EnglishDemonstrated ability to multi-taskAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to respond to common directionsAbility to effectively present information to employees for the purpose of clarification or trainingAbility to lift up to 50 lbsTools and EquipmentScan gunTape gunBox knifeManual pallet jackWilmar, LLC.
