This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney who is eager to gain hands on litigation experience, work closely with experienced practitioners, and develop professionally in a supportive environment.About the RoleWhat You’ll DoDraft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documentsRepresent clients in various stages of litigation and legal proceedingsAnalyze legal issues and provide strategic advice on disputes and transactionsNegotiate settlements and contribute to case resolution strategiesEnsure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar1–5 years of litigation experience (experience in personal injury, construction defect, or employment law is a plus) Required SkillsStrong legal writing, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset Preferred SkillsExperience in personal injury, construction defect, or employment law is a plus
