Asheville, NC (Relocation Assistance Available)Full-Time$90,000 – $120,000 + BonusAbout The OpportunityA well-established and growing construction firm is seeking experienced and driven Project Managers to lead commercial construction projects across healthcare, K-12, and higher education sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of construction projects, including budget, schedule, and quality control across multiple projectsSupport and participate in preconstruction activities for Construction Management and Design-Build projectsCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure efficient workflowDevelop and maintain project schedules, proactively addressing delays and risksLead meetings with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment and communicationReview and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contractsPrepare and deliver project reports, documentation, and progress updatesQualificationsWe are seeking motivated, detail-oriented professionals with:Strong organization, accountability, and time management skillsA sense of urgency, positive attitude, and high integrityAbility to manage competing priorities across multiple projectsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)5+ years of experience in commercial construction (healthcare, K-12, or higher education preferred)Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret construction documents and schedulesPreferredExperience with Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) delivery methodSkills: commercial construction,construction management,engineering
