Cook/Prep
We are looking for a motivated Cooks
Qualifications:
· Ability to follow written and oral instructions
· Prefer 1 year of restaurant/service industry experience
· Knowledge of service standards and systems
· Ability to perform duties in a team environment
· Solid references
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and assist in serving meals in accordance with the menu and recipes
· Provide proper plate-up and portion control
· Maintain and record proper temperature controls, food storage and food rotation
· Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned
· Adhere to safety and sanitary practices
· Stock supplies
· Assist bartender with stocking ice, beer, and supplies; washing and sanitizing glassware, serving food to guests, cleaning and prepping food and fruits, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.25 - $15.00 per hour
