ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Guest ServicesGreet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departureAssist guest inquiries politely and respectfullyProvide accurate information about hotel amenities, promotions, and local attractionsHandle guest requests, complaints, and service recovery with professionalismMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel policiesValet ServicesSafely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated valet areasMaintain organized tracking of keys, tickets, and vehicle informationAssist guests with loading/unloading items from vehiclesMonitor valet area for cleanliness, safety, and traffic flowDrive both automatic and manual transmission vehiclesBell ServicesEscort guests to rooms while handling luggage with careDeliver amenities, packages, and other items to guest rooms as requestedAssist with group arrivals/departures and coordinate luggage storageMaintain cleanliness and organization of bell desk and storage areasGeneral ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and other departmentsUphold grooming, uniform, and gaming license standards at all timesFollow safety, security, and guest privacy protocolsMaintain awareness of hotel operations and guest satisfactionPerform other duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehiclesExcellent customer service and communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAvailability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:One (1) or more years of hospitality or related experience is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.LANGUAGE SKILLS:Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required for valet duties)Must obtain and maintain a valid Colorado Support Gaming LicensePHYSICAL DEMANDS:Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsWORK ENVIRONMENT:Indoor and outdoor environments with varying weather conditionsFast-paced, guest-facing role requiring physical stamina and attention to detailPay 17.50 + hourlyEqual Opportunity Employer
