Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our restaurant, catering services, or hotel kitchen. This position is essential for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our culinary operations. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly after use. Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area to ensure efficient workflow. Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff. Properly dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with health and safety regulations. Help with bussing tables during peak times to ensure timely service for guests. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy shifts. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of basic culinary terms and practices is a plus. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
