As an Armed Patrol Officer in a residential community, you will conduct routine patrols of buildings and grounds, stay highly visible, and respond to incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. You will help maintain access control and document security-related activity using computer and/or tablet tools as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity. Control access where assigned by monitoring entry points, verifying visitor authorization, and directing visitors and/or deliveries according to posted procedures. Complete detailed reports on patrol findings, incidents, and resident concerns, and communicate observations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.Minimum Requirements: Possess an Armed Guard Card/License. Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred. Customer Service Experience is preferred. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
