Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.2. Build ServiceNow Solutions that are adhering to the best practices and provide recommendations to the client.Detailed Job Description:Deep understanding of all or some of these ServiceNow modules ServiceNow Development, experience in FSM Field Service Management module. An exposure to Telecom domain is desirable. Guided Decision Tree, Playbook and Recommended Action implementation and knowledge base experience.
