Traveling Ultrasound Tech / Sonographer

Salary: $2,123.75 - $2,323.75 /wk Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic images used by physicians to evaluate and treat medical conditions. Minimum Requirements: National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer. (Client requires prior acute care or hospital-based ultrasound experience.) BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Experience performing general sonography exams including abdominal, OB/GYN, and vascular studies preferred. Ability to operate common ultrasound systems and work with PACS. Experience with GE, Philips, or Siemens equipment preferred. Current state licensure as required by New York for diagnostic medical sonographers. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital. Shift Name: Flex Shifts. Shift Pattern: 5x8 or 4x10 options per week as discussed during interview. Shift Details: Any 8-hour shifts within a 24-hour coverage model. Assignment Length: 13 week assignment. Location: Jamestown, NY. Candidate may be expected to float to other facilities within the client system as needed.
