For more information, please visit https://www.topgolfcallawaybrands.com JOB OVERVIEW This role is responsible for operating and maintaining all automated packing equipment. This includes set-up, operate, adjust, troubleshoot, maintain and perform minor repairs as set forth by daily production schedules. Ensure all products are running to product specifications and that they meet quality standards. Ensure all associated paperwork and/or computer reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Diagnose and correct electrical and mechanical problems on packaging lines. Originate work orders and follow up on repairs ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform first piece inspections. Verify product, fill, and maintain product levels in machines Set up, operate, adjust, troubleshoot, maintain and perform repairs on automated packaging equipment. Sweep department floors and clean machinery. Perform any and all other duties as instructed in the manufacturing instructions and standard operating procedures Notify supervisor of production problems, maintenance requirements, and safety hazards Notify supervisor and QA auditor of quality issues Perform inventories and all other duties as assigned Participate in planned maintenance activities Works towards improvements for process efficiencies Work in a safe manner following all PPE and standardized processes Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Must be able to read, write and understand English EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training in field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT (if applicable) The employee may be frequently expose to fumes or airborne particles The employee may be exposed to confined spaces while working on machines The employee is regularly required to stand and walk for long periods of time. The employee may be required to stand, sit, crouch, walk and bend/conform in uncomfortable positions for varying periods of time Will be required to use vision including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs.
