The Buyer Account Manager - Mobile will be responsible for supporting and growing mobile buyers by applying their experience in secondary-market mobile B2B sales, operations, and buyer management. Additionally, this individual will work cross-functionally with our seller account management, product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide further operational support. This person would report directly to the Vice President of Buyer Growth.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage a cohort of large mobile buyers ("Premier" buyers) currently purchasing on B-StockBe a hyper-responsive single point of contact for Premier mobile buyersDrive cohort GMV, bidding activity, and dispute resolutionDevelop a comprehensive understanding of B-Stock's business model, platform, solutions, and valueDevelop an in-depth knowledge of every B-Stock mobile marketplace, including inventory condition, schedules, inventory sources, individual facilities and their variances, inventory forecasts, and any other detail related to mobile transactions.Execute buyer outreach via phone call, email, and textEnsure successful transactions by providing excellent and consistent day-to-day operational support to buyers. Solve issues and remove barriers related to payments, shipping, or other services as neededWork closely with Seller Account Management, Product, CS, and other teams to resolve issues, identify improvement opportunities, and implement new processes for an improved Premier mobile buyer experienceReporting and analysis of large buyer acquisition and activity. Maintain Salesforce records for buyersMaintain constant awareness of the overall mobile industry, specifically secondary mobile markets, competitor activities, and challengesExceed operational metrics: Total cohort buyer spend, buyer transaction growth, churned buyer rate, dispute rateDrive buyer onboarding: Successfully convert mobile prospects into active registered bidders by delivering demos, education, and high-touch platform supportUp to 20% travel expectation, including relevant mobile trade shows, buyer visits, and more.RESPONSIBILITIES, MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & JOB SKILLS3+ years of experience with Enterprise B2B Liquidation Sales or Account Management in the Mobile secondary marketCoachable and can work well independently and collaborativelyOutgoing and personable disposition, eager to create new relationships, not afraid to call peopleAbility to manage expectations and drive the behavior of people with strong personalitiesExperience with, and/or an understanding of the marketplace business modelExcellent executive function, follow-through, and resilience.Persuasive verbal communication skillsProven ability and willingness to work with tight deadlines and quick response timesProficient in MS Office or G-Suite, Salesforce.com, and other CRM platformsThe ability to think creatively and find solutions to problemsExperience managing a revenue target and quotaPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge or Understanding of B2B e-commerce, ERP (enterprise resource planning), logistics software solutions, or SaaS (Software as a Service)Experience working in a start-up-like environmentDesire to work in a detail-oriented environment with large transactionsCollege degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field, or equivalent relevant experienceThe pay rate for this role will range between $75,000 to $86,000, per annum.
