Job DescriptionAre you passionate about information security and looking to make a real impact? We’re seeking a friendly and motivated Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. You’ll be the go-to person for project performance, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to collaborate in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk managementServe as the primary liaison between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverablesMonitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on trackBuild and maintain client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and fostering long-term trustCommunicate proactively to align expectations, share updates, and ensure a seamless client experienceCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure integrated service deliveryShare client insights to support continuous improvement and inform service enhancementsQualifications1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Project Manager or Account ManagerStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordinglyResults-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goalsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldCore Competencies Project Planning & ExecutionClient Relationship Management Communication & Influence Problem Solving & Innovation Customer-Centric Mindset Adaptability & Resilience Information Security or Help Desk Experience a PlusAbout UsWith a legacy spanning more than 80 years, NSF leverages science and innovation to improve human and planet health.
