Seeking a visionary and dedicated physician to serve as the Program Director for our ACGME-accredited Hematology-Oncology Fellowship Program. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the next generation of hematologists and oncologists in a dynamic academic and clinical environment.
- Oversee all aspects of the fellowship program, ensuring compliance with ACGME standards and institutional policies
- Develop and maintain a robust, evidence-based curriculum that integrates clinical excellence, research, and professional development
- Mentor and evaluate fellows, fostering a culture of inquiry, compassion, and lifelong learning
- Collaborate with faculty across disciplines to enhance educational and clinical experiences
- Lead recruitment and selection of fellows

Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post-fellowship
- Administrative experience and at least three years of participation as an active faculty member in an ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency or hematology or medical oncology fellowship.
- Demonstrated commitment to medical education and mentorship
