Senior Finance AssociateOverviewThis role sits at the center of the firm’s finance function, supporting accounting, reporting, and operational activities across a range of investment structures. You’ll take ownership of key processes, partner closely with stakeholders across the business, and help drive improvements in how the team operates. It’s a hands-on position with meaningful exposure and the opportunity to grow into increased responsibility over time.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn quarterly and year-end accounting and reporting deliverables for assigned entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistencyOversee and review day-to-day transactional activity across complex portfolios, including capital activity, identifying issues and ensuring appropriate controls are in placePrepare and review tax-basis financials, including tracking partnership activity and coordinating closely with internal and external tax teamsManage core fund operations such as cash management, treasury activities, capital movements, custody coordination, distributions, reconciliations, and tax withholding analysisPartner with colleagues across finance, operations, and investment teams to support reporting needs and enhance overall processes and controlsContribute to process improvements, documentation efforts, and systems initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and scalabilityQualifications3+ years of experience in investment company accounting, public accounting (audit or tax), or a similar environmentStrong understanding of partnership accounting and investment structuresHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing accuracySound judgment and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organizationComfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, service-oriented environmentHigh level of discretion when handling sensitive informationAdvanced Excel skillsEducationBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA preferred; Master’s degree is a plus
